The term ‘Nitto’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website. Nishura Ltd. is acting as agent of Nitto on this online site. Nishura Ltd.’s registered office is 9 Chesterton Road, London, W105LY. Our company registration number is 8236002, our VAT number is GB143295122 and we are registered in England. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.

Ordering

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer an alternative, a refund or a later delivery if possible.
If you have a discount code, from us or an approved partner, then please note that this discount will only be valid on our full priced collection and not products that have been reduced.

Credit card orders are processed securely by Sagepay payments and Paypal. Nitto and Nishura do not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to return your item(s) within this period, please let us know by an email, and simply post the item(s) back to us at the address listed below.

Please note that if you cancel your order or return your items for a refund after the 14 working day Cooling-off Period, you will only receive a refund of the purchase price paid for the items and the delivery charges will not be refunded other than where you are returning incorrect, wrongly described or faulty items.
Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items.
Returns or exchanges should be sent to:

You will be responsible for the cost of the postage for returned items other than for incorrect, wrongly described or faulty items. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase and a tracking number.

Condition of returns

It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.

Privacy

We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and not shared with any third party.

Sharing

All images, text, design and graphics on this website are owned by Nitto. We welcome people sharing our images, but please contact us before doing so.
Nitto reserve the right to modify / change the website at any given time. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We deliver our goods to all Europe.
Delivery will be sent from Bleckmann in Belgium. The standard cost is £5.95/5.95€ for all Europe.
We aim to process orders within 2-3 days, dispatching the parcel with tracking number, although at busy times we may take slightly longer.
Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
